Employment Support Services

The first service of the “Employment Support Services” is the development of an Individual Work Plan which outlines this specific employment goal.  This IWP also identifies the supports necessary for the Ticketholder to achieve their specific employment goal. The “Employment Support Services” (traditionally referred to as Job Coaching) of the SEED Program are designed to help the Ticketholder in the three critical stages of Job Preparation, Job Searching and Job Retention.
